在偏僻的品川地区，经营着一家没有什么人气的牛郎店“明乌”。这一天店长（室毅饰）正为头牌跳槽而忧伤不已，万年垫底的直树（菅田将晖饰）则狂叫着跑了进来。此前欠下一千万日元债务的直树，好不容易通过赌棒球赚到大笔横财。他得意忘形，邀请店长、现役头牌阿葵（城田优饰）、极度认真的纪夫（若叶龙也饰）彻夜狂欢。一觉醒来，直树惊讶地发现那笔横财居然不翼而飞。他问遍所有人却根本没人认账，店长忙着把店卖出去，阿葵他们表现的冷漠自私。还有最后12个小时，还不上债的直树面临被扔进东京湾的命运。这时，欠债女孩明子（吉冈里帆饰）、讨债人山崎（新井浩文饰）、父亲五郎（佐藤二朗饰）相继到来，直树的命运将会如何？ 影片取材自古典落语中的经典剧目《明乌》和《品川心中》。。A 16 year old Carol is going through a period of major changes in her life.
