民间相传：深夜独行时，如果有人叫你的名字，一定要在第三声之后答应，否则便会迷路。村子里接连出现失踪案件，这样的诅咒流传开来，弄得人心惶惶。主人公蔡康的父亲也下落不明，并且自己的妹妹也受到惊吓。蔡康决定复原回家，查个水落石出。蔡康的母亲长期受到家庭暴力不希望他在继续追查下去，催促蔡康与未婚妻刘丹赶紧结婚。而刘丹与蔡康的弟弟蔡振早已发生了关系，三人面对了亲情与爱情的艰难抉择。蔡康在追查案件的过程中，锁定了“老光棍”丁原，并设计引他上钩，虽然丁原交代了自己利用诅咒谋财的事实，但并没有杀害蔡康的父亲，诅咒依然没有破解。如梦方醒的蔡康独自走在父亲失踪的小路，突然他看到了自己最不愿相信的事情……。Somewhere in Myanmar is a forest rich in amber and controlled by the Kachin Independence Army (KIA). Most of its inhabitants work in a mine, digging the earth night and days in the hope of finding the precious ore that will get them out of poverty. But on top of the excruciating hardship of the work, they also have to fear an attack from the army.。
