民国国立北平史料档案局被称为“红楼”，关于红楼，流传着许多恐怖的传说。一晚，一个名叫胡司仁的“冤魂”嘱托红楼值夜班的老余，希望他能去胡家峪让他的女儿胡妹找回自己的尸骨安葬。受到惊吓的老余让儿子望然（李威 饰）去一探究竟，果然找到了胡妹（梅俪儿 饰），两人便一起踏上了追查骸骨的路途。但过程中灵异事件不断：红楼出现的红衣女鬼、葡萄架上满布的头颅、红楼中又有厉鬼出现，更可怕的是卷入到事件中的人接连死亡。而灵异事件的源头、胡司仁的下落，种种线索都指向了红楼，众人潜入了红楼的禁区——地下室，却发现更可怕的惊天秘密……。JERUSALEM takes audiences on an inspiring and eye-opening tour of one of the worlds oldest and most enigmatic cities.
