故事的主人公原本是亚利桑那橄榄球队的明星，后来转队去了盐湖城。结果现在他不得不面对一个尴尬的局面：他原先所在的橄榄球队，与他现在所在的新队，竟然在全国锦标赛中狭路相逢。与原队友们之间的深厚情谊，让他对这场比赛左右为难，更何况他老爸还是原队的教练……。In the tenth series, in the second episode ("The Son'll Come Out") Michael comes out as gay to his parents, first to his father after coming home drunk then later to his mother. He then tells them that he has been in a relationship with a guy for some time, a 25 year old solicitor called Scott Marsh, who later moves into the Harper residence, though he is later seen in gay club...。
