《下酒菜》为国内首部酒食文化纪录片，以独特视角聚焦非“主流”菜美食-下酒菜，讲述不同地方极具特色的美酒和风味各异的“下酒菜”，探寻美酒佳肴背后的故事，真实展现有酒有菜快意人生的内涵与江湖风味。。Hate Alcohol Firm〈ヘイトアルコールファーム〉に務める酒野聖（さけのせい）は、ある企業の社長から“Hate Alcoholプログラム”の依頼を受ける。そこで様々な理由や行いで“酒癖の悪い50人”の社員を集めプログラムを受講させるが、懲りない面々はそれでも飲酒を続け問題を引き起こす[4]。酒野は彼らに強烈なプログラムを課すことを決意する。The story begins in today Istanbul, when a woman called Işık (Bade İşçil) arrives at an old house.
