They might have to ask themselves: How much can the people of the world come true before they harm their relativ...。公主金兰（米杨 饰）女扮男装与香粉店少主林一若（陈晓东 饰）结拜成“兄弟”，但她为内心爱上林一若苦恼不已。叛臣蓝玉之女蓝心月（乐珈彤 饰）也爱上林一若，而林却倾心被软禁在蓝府的莲衣（蒋勤勤 饰），后来蓝玉谋反企图败露遭满门抄斩，贼心不死的蓝心月勾结王狄（朱晓渔 饰）反扑不成，一天到晚如丧家犬一般。朱元璋（汤镇业 饰）为稳定时局下旨林一若出任安抚史，得知消息的莲衣连夜赴瓦剌寻找林一若，不料在草原双双被无名毒气害瞎双眼。蓝心月设下诡计，她以查找莲衣下落为由要林一若制做锁龙香，伺机进宫报复，却因自已的贪婪自毁容颜。失明的林一若吹起竹箫《莲花络》，他要用箫声寻找恋人莲衣……。
