节目以“在海上重新开始”为核心设定，打造国内首档“漂浮海上民宿”，为观众提供一种既真实又充满想象力的生活提案。7位固定嘉宾将在为期10天的航程中，通过经营民宿、服务住客、设计活动、进行海上户外冒险、探索海南本土文化等，完成从生活者到经营者的角色转变，在真实场景中携手创业、探索生活、对话自我。。从元、明、清三朝的京城版图上我们可以看到这座皇城历史的微妙变化，但不管怎么变，它依然是一个由城门和坊组成的奇妙世界。然而我们在翻看现在的北京地图时，却再也找不到这种名叫“坊”的古老地标建筑。一位执着追寻的古建专家，二十年以来，只为找回这种消失已久的地标建筑，和发生在它们身边的传奇故事。它们到底能否见证这座皇城历史的变化？我们追寻的目标到底还有多远呢？。When the world is in danger, superheroes come to rescue humanity. they are stronger, faster, smarter than ordinary people and are willing to sacrifice themselves for the sake of others.
