遠洋漁船回來了，使得炎熱潮濕的漁港活絡起來。顧船人的工作要訣是睜一隻眼、閉一隻眼，只要船還在都不是大事。但心軟的莊仔卻將港口賣春的精障女子Neko安置在廢棄船；又將自己捲入菲律賓籍與印尼籍漁工間的爭執風波……。而船老闆要賣掉廢棄船，他們將何去何從？。This movie depicts the authentic story of the hunt for the dangerous criminal Emile Buisson, who escaped from prison in 1947. During three years Buisson manages to hide from detective Borniche by repeatedly killing his informants. When he's finally caught with help from the little criminal Paul, Buisson will have committed more than 100 robberies and killed 30 people.。
