美国，某城市近郊。 已准备在伦敦一家医院供职的汉科，携5岁的儿子丹尼到好友理查家话别。此间，巧遇好友的妻子格雷斯分娩，接生的汉科发现脐带缠住婴儿的脖子，危急中，丹尼在父亲的授意下，将小手伸进产妇的体内将脐带解开，使格雷斯顺利产下一可爱的女婴，取名安娜。此时丹尼看着小安娜，一个奇特的想法油然而生，“我要娶她”这句话当众脱口而出。 二十年后，丹尼从英国回到熟悉的小镇，并与安娜不期而遇……。This popular animated television cartoon featured two Stone Age families, the Flintstones and their neighbors, the Rubbles. Much of the humor was based on its comic portrayals of modern conveniences, reinterpreted using Stone Age 'technology.' Most notably were their cars, complete with absence of floorboards to allow them to be 'foot-powered.'。
